help the herpes virus to not flair up.
- Many foods contain both of these ingredients
- If the ratio of Lysine is higher than Arginine than the Lysine
has been known to counter the effect Arginine has on the herpes virus while
allowing the Arginine to be beneficial to the body.
- Chocalate, nuts, seeds and many fruits tend to have a higher
Arginine to Lysine ratio=encourages herpes
- A high protein low carb diet generally has a higher Lysine
to Arginine ratio = discourages herpes.
- It is reported that the lauric acid in coconut will turn to monolaurin within
the body. Then maolaurin will destroy the virus membrane and end the life
of the virus. Eating coconuts may help with the Virus.
